After tracking in some dirt into a customer's home during a delivery, CitriSolution was able to remedy the carpet back to the original clean and vibrant color. Jeff was very professional and communicative, including going above and beyond by sending me before and after pictures once the job was completed. I would definitely use them again, hopefully it's not necessary anytime soon.

The technician Jeff was very prompt, kind and courteous. He worked hard and accomplished the job he was asked to do. As far as the man who complained that he did it too quickly and felt taken advantage of because Jeff wasn't there for 4 hours. Consider this, did you have open spaces where he didn't have much to move? If he did the job requested and you were satisfied with his service then I would be thrilled he did it in half the time.

This is a tough one for me, but I’m just being honest.
First and foremost the service itself is top notch. The service tech Jeff was courteous, pleasant and helpful.
I scheduled to have my living room carpet, tile foyer and small tile kitchen area cleaned along with a wood floor hallway. It’s obviously very difficult for the person scheduling and advising the cost without actually seeing it.
However she was quite clear when she told me that the service tech would be there for approximately 4 hours and the cost would be $475. She also advised that the cost would be adjusted accordingly.
Jeff was at my house almost exactly 2 hours including arriving, carrying his equipment in, cleaning and loading up.
I’m happy with the work done. But I feel incredibly taken advantage of when no price adjustment was done. I mean almost $500 for 2 hours of work on areas that were pretty darn clean to begin with ! Really ?? Whatever happened to fair work for fair pay ?
Nothing special about this service. It smells nice for a day.
I’m going to buy a carpet cleaning machine and do it myself going forward.
Please beware that you will spend a lot of money for this work.

They were professional, arrived on time, and made my carpets and ottoman look so nice! One of my rugs and the ottoman are both white so they can be tricky to clean but they looked bright and fresh when he finished. The ottoman even had a salsa stain that he got out! I was very impressed and will continue to use this company.

The CitrusSolution crew did an amazing job on the OLD industrial carpet in my office. The overall work was excellent. I liked the citrus based solution used, and Jeff was professional, communicated well adapting his technique for my bamboo floors. What was disappointing is that there was a known problem with the floor machine - it was leaking solution - that required maintenance overnight. This turned a 1 day project into 2 days which was inconvenient. I'll use them again, but I'll make sure all the equipment is A-OK.
